Reborn - Round 17 [Planned Changes]
Combat Changes
- Reduce the percentage of weapons points provided by buildings from 10% to 1%.
- Disable newbie protection upon reaching approximately 250 million points.
- Increase the time between truces from 2 to 5 days.
- Triple the range of the Touch Module building.
- Combine the Recycler and Improved Transporter into one ship.
- Increase the base amount of debris from defenses from 0% to 10%.
- Activities in the second galaxy will reset Truce Mode.
Bonuses
- Increase conveyor bonuses from second galaxy planets by 5 times.
- Increase governors' conveyor speed bonuses by 5 times.
- Fix the Droid bonus in the Arsenal.
Balance Adjustments
- Increase research costs and speeds by 10 times.
- Reduce the Particle Accelerator (Dark Matter Mine) production growth factor from 1.36 to 1.34.
- Raise the Dark Matter spending limit for fleet/defense purchases based on player level from 3 million to 5 million.
- Increase mine production by 50%.
- Raise the points required to expel newbies from the alliance from 100 million to 250 million.
- Revamp Secret and Dark containers:
- Dark containers will only provide fleet/defense + rare premium fleet/defense rewards.
- Secret containers will offer arsenals as rewards + ultra-rare Experience rewards.
- Reduce the Expedition Speed bonus by 10 times:
- Centauri faction: from 300% to 30%
- Premium: from 750% to 75%
- Bonus planets in the second galaxy adjusted accordingly.
- Increase the cost of renewing second galaxy planets from 1000 to 1500.
- Increase the cost of extending second galaxy planets beyond 3 days by 10 times.
- Raise the cost of upgrading the Hostile opponent level per flight from 20 to 30 Antimatter.
Second Galaxy and Expedition Changes
- Increase the base lifespan of second galaxy planets from 3 to 7 days and disable extensions.
- Increase the number of second galaxy planets per sector from 6 to 8 per player.
- Recalculate the number of flights required to level up in Hostile based on the new Expedition flight time.
- Adjust Expedition flight time to approximately 1 departure per hour, with rewards increased proportionately to maintain hourly loot levels. The number of flights will be considered for Hostile level progression and daily achievements.
- Increase the fleet point limit for Ruins expeditions from 3 million to 15 million.
- Reduce Ruins production per fleet point by 10 times, resulting in a 5-fold overall increase in Ruins production due to the higher fleet point limit.
- Increase the minimum points required for Hostile expeditions by 20 times.
Miscellaneous
- Change the calculation of bonus Antimatter at the end of the round to consider only net damage (damage dealt minus damage received). Players who suffer heavy losses but deal little damage may not receive Antimatter.
- Remove the market section.
