Engine consumption. After we take Senator Navigator we spend less fuel for +15%, not -15%, we spend less fuel, BUT if we take the arsenal with engine consumption -325% we will spend MORE FUEL, not less.

Here also a funny thing. My Engine consumption is +60% https://skrinshoter.ru/sN4xDzvcff0 (not minus!!!), I spend less fuel for 60 percent. If I take arsenal i will spend -265% not -385% (But there was -60%, minus on minus gives plus) https://skrinshoter.ru/sN4i5iQHjh6
