Fleet Recovery and Loss Overhaul
New Battle Loss System:
- After any battle, players now lose:
- 15% of the standard fleet.
- 30% of the prime fleet.
- The remaining fleet automatically begins recovery after the battle.

Fleet Recovery Mechanics:
- The recovery speed depends on the combined levels of Shipyards and Nano Shipyards across all your planets.
- Average recovery time: 1 hour.
Instant Repair Option:
- You can instantly repair your fleet using DM (Dark Matter).
- The cost is calculated based on the time required for a full recovery.
Repair Dock System:
- Repaired fleets are stored in the Repair Dock for up to 12 hours without any losses.
- During this time, you can retrieve your fleets at any moment.
- After 12 hours, unretrieved fleets will gradually degrade until they reach the minimum storage limit of 40%.
Anomaly Upgrades Simplified
- Upgrade Time:
- Anomaly upgrade time has been increased 10x, but each upgrade now grants 10 levels instead of 1.
- This reduces the need for constant upgrades on every planet and moon while maintaining the same overall progression speed.
Premium Fleet Repairs
- Premium fleets are now included in the repair system.
- Repair Costs: Repairing prime fleets is twice as expensive as standard fleets.
Dark Matter Theft Adjustments
- Active Players:
- The amount of Dark Matter stolen from active players’ Colliders has been increased by 4x.
- Inactive Players:
- The theft amount from inactive players remains unchanged.
ACS (Attack Coordination) Updates
- For every player participating in a ACS attack, the attack countdown increases by 5 minutes.
- The fleet points you can send to ACS and Retention missions have been reduced from 100% of the target’s weapon points to 25%.
Pre-Attack Restrictions
- New Restrictions (5 Minutes Before an Attack):
- Players cannot purchase or upgrade the following:
- Senator.
- Special Offers.
- Modernization Center.
- Arsenal.
- Teleportation to the attacked planet.
- Teleport Cooldown: Teleportation from an attacked planet remains restricted to 15 seconds before an attack.
Mechanic Achievement Changes
- The Mechanic achievement now includes all automatically repaired fleets, even those repaired using Dark Matter.
Imperial and Planetary Shields
- Due to the introduction of the new fleet repair system, the requirements for issuing Imperial and Planetary Shields have been doubled.
Fleet and Defense Buffs
- The effectiveness of all fleets and defenses has been increased by 2.5x.
- This change reduces the number of battles ending in a draw and promotes more decisive outcomes.
Battle System Updates
- The maximum number of battle rounds has been increased from 8 to 10, allowing for longer and more strategic battles.
Alliance War Declaration Limit
- Alliances are now limited to declaring a maximum number of wars equal to Alliance Level ÷ 2.
