- Apnuta is a type 1 planet in the second galaxy. Increased the maximum mining bonus on resource and dark matter planets from universe time. (previously there was a maximum of x3, now x7)
- The ban on the transportation of resources to weak or strong players. Only the white player will be able to transport resources
- Talkor faction resource extraction reduced from 10% to 5% per level. Talkora faction base tech reduced from 1.5% to 0.75% per level. Centerery search chance per level increased from 0.03 to 0.04%. Research discount increased from 0.4% to 0.5% per level. Grabtor faction bonus, attack technologies increased from 1.5 to 2.25 per level.
