I can's for the love of god find where to build Planetarium, Touch module, Research Center, and Particle accelerator. I have moons that are 8300 km diameter, but these buildings don't appear in "Buildings" tab. how do I build them?

The others buildings you can find them on the ALLIANCE PLANET -> https://prnt.sc/1qv2esu
