- Building points deduction to Armament increased from 5 to 10%
- Research deduction to Armament decreased from x100 to x50
- Defense build speed doubled
- Light Medium and Heavy Conveyor build bonus reduced by 30%
- The chance of finding Academy Points in the Hostile sector has been reduced by 2 times
- The chance of finding Academy Points in Expedition has been reduced by 2 times

- Particle Accelerator production growth factor returned to 1.32
