If i try to purchase an arsenal on the market of any kind, it just loads and nothing happens. I tried waiting for 15 minutes. I saw in global chat that other people have this problem too.

Usually you can open it pressing
F12

It suddenly worked today. It asked to confirm my email, which i did. Then i could buy things. thank you!
