The espionage system has been completely altered, let me explain how it works
There's a spying study
If the levels of the espionage research are equal. Each spy probe that stands on the planet works as spy probe and anti-spy probe so each sent probe when spying the planet, kills 1 my probe.
If my level of research is higher by one so I have level 2 and you have 1. You will need 2 times more spy probes to my probes. (Let's say I have level 1 and you have level 5, for one probe sent by you , 5 of my probes die)
If there are no spy probes on the planet, it will be able to spy a player with any level of espionage research
The level does not affect the hiding of information
